A Liberty University summa cum laude graduate who completed his degree in three years while playing Division 1 football, he holds an MBA in Finance with Honors and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Northcentral University.
Author of the first textbook on ESG Investing and published researcher in the Journal of Investment Management, Dr. Sherwood has guest lectured at Columbia University and The King's College. His expertise spans commodities trading, ESG strategy, derivatives, and carbon credit markets.

Andrew DeVito brings over 20 years of experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes, including leadership roles in military healthcare facilities and as COO for an SEC-registered, FINRA member company.
During his distinguished 20+ year U.S. Army career, he advanced through critical operational positions, culminating as Senior Directorate Manager overseeing operations for the largest directorate at a D.C. area hospital serving federal judges, Congress members, and the Vice President.
He holds a B.S. in Cyber Security from American Military University, where he was elected Vice-President and Secretary of the Epsilon Pi Tau honor society. His expertise in data security and risk mitigation enables robust operational frameworks across industries.
